We had a great response which provided some excellent information on how our customers perceived we were performing.
Thankfully most of you thought we were doing very well and were very positive about your Acapela Experience. It also gave us a very interesting insight into everyone’s thoughts on the Covid rules and restrictions the venue was following from early September onwards and which again the majority of audience members were very positive about.
The venue consistently scored well on the quality of acoustics, food and drinks choices, quality of concert scheduling and the overall Acapela experience. It also clearly identified the main issues which people were keen to see some improvement on.
