Some of our favourite Acapela memories

We cannot bring you new music at present but we thought we would share with you some of the bands and artists who have graced the Acapela stage in the last few years……

MEMORY N0.7 – Glenn Tilbrook

The Squeeze superstar visited Acapela in 2018 and provided us with a humorus and wonderful trip down memory lane!

With many of the great Squeeze songs brought to life with wonderful banter it was great to see a legendary singer/songwriter perform.

The highlight for our programme director was being invited into Glenn’s mammoth tour bus just before the concert started to watch with him the International Space Station he was tracking on his TV screen (Glenn’s a space fanatic!) and then watching the night sky outside Acapela when it went over – right at the time he said it would!

And if you wondered why he was slightly late going on stage that evening – that’s the reason why! – Blame it on the timing of the International Space Station – NOT THE PIZZAS!
