Regrettably we have been informed that all dates on the upcoming Andy Fairweather Low tour are now cancelled.

Andy’s wife remains extremely poorly and he will be staying at home to look after her during this very difficult time.

If you are unable to make this date you need to email info@acapela.co.uk by the 25th November 2022 to request a refund – any requests to cancel tickets after this time will not be accepted and our usual no refund ticket policy will be strictly applied.

The news was confirmed in a statement from Sartin’s siblings Angela, James, Will and Joe, with the band also paying tribute.

“The whole band are totally devastated to have to let you all know about the passing of our beloved Paul Sartin,” Bellowhead wrote on Twitter.

“We were so privileged to share a stage with this masterful musician and good, good friend. Our heartfelt thoughts go out to his mother and the boys he was so proud of.”

The statement from Sartin’s family, posted on Thursday (September 15), read: “It is with great sadness that we must announce the passing of our beloved Paul, who left us unexpectedly yesterday morning.

Statements from Paul Sartin’s family:

The following is a statement from Angela, James, Will and Joe Sartin. “It is with great sadness that we must announce the passing of our beloved Paul, who left us unexpectedly yesterday evening. We know that he was someone who brought wonderful music into your lives, and that so many of you counted him as a close and dear friend. We have lost a son and a father, and while we ask now that we are allowed to mourn Paul in private, we understand that many of you will have lovely memories that you would like to share. ”

And their subsequent statement read, “We know that many people are concerned about how Paul passed away, and that there has been a lot of speculation and rumour. Although we will not receive the results of the autopsy for a little while, we can confirm that he collapsed suddenly on the evening of September 14th, shortly before taking the stage at an event in Oxford. He was with his dear friend and bandmate, Saul Rose.”

Regrettably we have been informed by Eve today that a close relative is very ill and that unfortunately she will not be able to perform this Thursday at the venue.

If you have any queries with regard to the rescheduled concert please contact us via email.

Our apologies for any disappointment caused.

We send Eve and her family every support at this difficult time.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the death of Her Majesty The Queen. Our thoughts are with The Royal Family at this time.

As the musicians performing at the venue are undertaking UK national tours and have committed to the costs of accommodation, transport and other logistics required, as well as the costs and commitments made by the venue and by audience members who are travelling from across the UK and further afield (this week saw an excited couple travel from Canada for one of the concerts), we would like to confirm that after much consideration all events at the venue will continue as scheduled.

At last night’s concert by Go Now (Tribute to the Moody Blues), during one of the beautiful songs they performed, a photo of Her Majesty the Queen appeared on the screen at a very appropriate moment and this was a really wonderful way for everyone present to remember her life. Thanks to Go Now for this and a great concert.
